Store Policy

Please note by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. Our spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policy.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Please call 604-293-5353 to make any changes to your appointment. Notification by text or email is not accepted.

A credit card is required to hold your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.

Please note appointments made within 24 hours may be canceled or modified a minimum of 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 100% of the service amount.

We respect appreciate the time of both clients and staff and are implementing this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Our goal is to provide the best quality treatments to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations can greatly impact and affect both our providers and other clients as well.

Group Bookings

Group bookings of four or more people require a notice period of 48 hours (2 days). For each guest that fails to show without required notice a charge of 100% of the service amount will be incurred on the card used to reserve the booking

Lateness Policy/ Arriving

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment, and 5 minutes early for all other appointments. This will give you the necessary time to settle in and fill out the intake form and discuss any concerns and or questions you may have prior to the treatment.

All of our appointments will begin as scheduled and any late arrivals may possibly have the treatment time reduced dependant on the scheduling for the day.

Please turn your cell phone off or in silent mode when you arrive and be mindful because treatments may be in progress as you enter the store.

We fully understand sometimes being late is outside of your control. We always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible for the remaining time left in the treatment.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. There are no refunds or exchanges for gift cards; however, there is no expiry date and may be used by friends or family members.

If a gift card is used to hold an appointment, and you miss your appointment or do not reschedule before our 24-hour window, you may forfeit your gift card.
